Mathieu Picard of Fidelis and John McKiggan of McKiggan Hebert were in court this week to ask for access to the Moncton Hospital’s records related to its internal investigation over misuse of labour-inducing drug Oxytocin. Fidelis and McKiggan Hebert have launched a proposed class-action lawsuit on behalf of women who were inappropriately given the drug.
