Elsa is originally from Moncton, New Brunswick. After completing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, she decided to pursue a Juris Doctor at Universit\u00e9 de Moncton. Now working as the Case Manager with the Fidelis team, she excels in her role where her attention to detail and diligence are essential. Supporting lawyers by evaluating claims, Elsa is responsible for analyzing medical and employment histories as well as acting as a liaison between clients and insurance companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI love knowing that my role has a direct impact on our clients\u2019 outcome. I do everything I can to ensure they get the support they need.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A proud mother of two, Elsa enjoys spending time with her children who are busy with artistic pursuits and a variety of sporting activities. She also dedicates her free time to volunteering with the Ronald McDonald House, a charity that helps reduces the stress and financial burden for families when they must travel far from home to access medical care for their children.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
