Justin Robichaud, KC, is a founding partner of Fidelis Law. He was appointed King\u2019s Counsel in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His legal practice is focused mainly on personal injury and insurance law litigation. He has seen first-hand the disastrous effects an accident can have on the life of a person, and as a result of these experiences, he decided to dedicate his work to personal injury claims. Justin is sensitive to the specific needs of his clients and is committed to helping them navigate the road to recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Justin advocates for services that are tailored to his client\u2019s individual needs, while supporting them through their rehabilitation and ensuring the best possible results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOne of my greatest motivations is without a doubt to help further the rights to benefits and compensation for car accident victims and victims of other forms of negligence. Through my work and my involvement, I wish to improve the life of current and future claimants.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Justin is known for his civic engagement, both within the legal sphere, and in the community at large. He was elected President of the Law Society of New Brunswick for the 2022-2023 term, becoming the youngest member to hold this position in the history of the law society. Since becoming a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick, he served as council member for the Moncton, Riverview and Dieppe region and has been a member of many law society committees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Justin served as President of the New Brunswick Branch of the Canadian Bar Association in 2018-2019, and he currently serves as Council Member of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has been a sessional lecturer at the Universit\u00e9 de Moncton Law Faculty where he taught Insurance Law. He is also a board member of the Beausejour Family Crisis Centre and is a soccer coach with a local youth league.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Originally from Cap-Pel\u00e9, New Brunswick, Justin is married and a father of three young children.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
