Lindsay Bernier

Lindsay, born and raised in Dieppe, joined the Fidelis team in January 2023. She is the first point of contact as you walk through the door.

In addition to being friendly, helpful, and caring, Lindsay possesses several other qualities that make her an exceptional asset to the Fidelis team. Her warm and welcoming nature extends beyond just a friendly smile; she genuinely enjoys interacting with people and strives to make every individual feel valued and comfortable.

Lindsay’s extensive experience in the customer service industry has honed her skills in effectively communicating and understanding the needs of others. She has a natural ability to listen attentively and respond thoughtfully, ensuring that each person she interacts with receives the assistance and support they require.

While not at work, you will find her spending time with family and friends or at a hockey rink with her husband and two boys.
