Jennifer Machum

Jennifer Machum is the General Manager of Fidelis Law Droit and has worked closely with the partners since the inception of the firm. Jennifer oversees the marketing, technology, human resources, financial and facilities management, and supervises the day-to-day operations of the firm. She works with the entire staff to find efficiencies, streamline procedures, and provide the best service possible to our clients.

Jennifer began her career in the legal industry as a litigation paralegal, so she has a strong understanding of legal file management. Prior to holding her current position, she was the lead instructor of paralegal studies at a business college, which has given her the skills to train, mentor, and encourage new employees.

Jennifer earned a bachelor of arts degree from Dalhousie University and a paralegal diploma from Oulton College, and she is a certified Commissioner of Oaths for the Province of New Brunswick.

Originally from Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, Jennifer has travelled extensively but has chosen to make her home in Dieppe, New Brunswick. She and her husband share their home with a Scottie dog, a tabby cat, and a slider turtle, and enjoy frequent visits with their two daughters, who are pursuing post-secondary education.
